Need food for Midsummer parties?

We've got heaps of stuff in store now - all the usual suspects and also some new stuff.

Click HERE to see a list of most popular Swedish Midsummer goodies (easy, eh?)

Other good stuff to try:

Smoked Artic Char - it's a fish.  In Swedish we call it Röding.  We are currently selling whole smoked artic chars for just £10.95 - a truly fantastic fish and super simple to serve.  We recommend you make an easy sour cream and chive dressing (perhaps add a touch of horseradish...).  Yum.  Char is a distant cousin of salmon and trout, it has a mild salmon-like flavor and a beautiful pink color—the result of its natural diet, which includes tiny crustaceans like pink shrimp.
