Fancy a house in Sweden?  How about a house on the Baltic island of Gotland where there's a lovely five-bedder for sale, a snip at just under £400K. 

There is an existing tenant, though, who isn't planning to move out any time soon in the form of a skeleton in the cellar.

The remains of the 800 year old male most likely stem from Russia - as the house is built on top of the ruins of an old Russian church.

The estate agents says the skeleton looks very peaceful and is unlikely to start haunting - and the hosue is ready to move into.  And we should trust his word on this, because everybbody knows estate agents always speak the truth.
