Pimp My Gingerbread House 2011

It's the excuse you have been waiting for:  we want to see you build the coolest Gingerbread House.

All you have to do is get your hands on one of these, put it together and then decorate it the most inventive way possible.  You can pimp it, you can add twinkling lights, you can add fairy dust, you can paint it black and call it HogWarts...A new home for Polly Pocket or a Gingerbread Crack Den.  Whatever floats your boat.  

Our Anna is currently building a My Little Pony Gingerbread House and Bronte is making a Gingerbread Nightclub.  Many more are in progress...

We have two competitions:

Kids under 14            

1st Prize is big box filled with sweets and treats from Scandi Kitchen

Grown Ups:           

A big Christmas Hamper full of goodies as well as free lunch for two and your photo up on the wall at Scandi Kitchen all of January.

How to enter:       

Using the same base model from ANNAS, build your house.  Then take a photo of your house and mail it to iloveherring@scandikitchen.co.uk, along with your name, address and contact telephone number (and also do tell us which competition you are  entering).

Last date for submission of photos:  15th December.

The rules:

One entry per person.  All entries must use the same kit - that was we all have a fair starting point.   There are no entry too extravagant or silly although if it offends, we can't really include it.  No alternative prizes, all other usual competition rules apply.  Winner will be chosen by a panel of super qualified judges.  By entering this copetiton you give us the right to mention your name and display your photo at the cafe and on our website.
